Parking house Centrum

Currently under construction is the Parking house Centrum located adjacent to City Hall at in Banská Bystrica.

The four-story building, along with its transport connection, will be erected on a plot of land, which remained undeveloped for quite some time after a local developer's unsuccessful attempt. With a capacity of 204 parking spaces, the parking garage will feature designated areas for both traditional and electric vehicles, situated on the 2nd to 4th floors and the rooftop. Meanwhile, the first floor will be reserved for commercial usage, and additional smaller leasing opportunities will be available on the second and third floors.
