Refurbishment of the administration building in Banska Bystrica

Our list of ongoing projects has recently welcomed the reconstruction and expansion of a building situated on Partizánská cesta in Banská Bystrica.

Due to poor technical state, the building remained vacant for many years. However, our team has already commenced work on its complete modernization, which will include the addition of an extra floor. Upon completion, the newly renovated and energy-efficient building will provide a wide range of leasing opportunities for office and service spaces.
