The first project where Hornex was a developer was a complex refurbishment and storey addition of an experimental residential building built in 1961.
An existing building frame and surrounding area were purchased by Hornex in 1997. Following the restoration of the structure and superstructure, the thirteen storey residential building was completed with high quality materials and finishes used.
